Western Water Solutions Pty Ltd (WWS) is a rapidly growing Western Australian water-treatment engineering and manufacturing company. We design, build, install, and service advanced water-treatment systems for hospitals, laboratories, government facilities, and industrial clients across WA and Australia.
Due to continued growth and an expanding project pipeline, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our leadership team. This role is critical to the successful delivery of complex water-treatment projects and will work closely with our engineering, compliance, fabrication, and service teams.
About the Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will take end-to-end responsibility for the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple water-treatment projects. You will be accountable for programme, cost, quality, safety, and stakeholder management, ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.
This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable operating across both site and office environments and leading projects from design through to commissioning and handover.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing water-treatment projects from award through to commissioning and final handover
* Developing and maintaining project programmes, budgets, and resourcing plans
* Coordinating internal engineering, compliance, fabrication, and service teams
* Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and logistics
* Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants
* Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, specifications, and safety requirements
* Reviewing engineering documentation, scopes, variations, and technical deliverables
* Managing project risk, change control, and reporting
* Supporting continuous improvement of project delivery systems and processes
About You
You are an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical foundation and a proven track record delivering complex engineering or water-treatment projects. You are commercially astute, highly organised, and confident leading multidisciplinary teams.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager role within water treatment, engineering, infrastructure, or a similar technical environment
* Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects concurrently
* Strong understanding of project controls, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
* Ability to interpret engineering documentation and technical scopes
* Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
* High attention to detail with a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Willingness to attend site and travel regionally as required
* Full WA Driver's Licence
Experience in water treatment, RO systems, filtration, chemical dosing, or healthcare infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
