* Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in Software Architecture, Product, and Process Management to define and provide a cohesive message and strategy to eliminate impediments and evolve systems and practices in support of Lean-Agile development.
* Build and lead a high-performance team to meet or exceed goals, providing mission and purpose to individual contributors.
* Maintain a culture of delivering on-time, within scope, on budget, and on quality, and be fully accountable for software quality and timely delivery.
* Collaborate with leadership to update monthly financial forecasts regarding headcount, non-billable consulting, and capitalization.
* Provide mentoring and coaching to direct reports, employing a lean leadership style focused on developing skills and career paths.
* Participate in policy-level discussions on standards, processes, metrics, long-range plans, budgeting, and other policy items, contributing to building a high-performance team.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement with a focus on being a best-in-class product delivery organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
* 7+ years of software engineering experience and at least 2+ years supervising engineering staff through large, complex projects.
* Strong understanding of concepts, practices, and procedures within software engineering and architecture.
* Experience with enterprise-level agile processes.
* Broad exposure to industry frameworks (.NET preferred), tools, and technologies for modern enterprise software solutions.
* Experience in building cloud solutions is highly desirable.
