GP Position- Full time/Part time
Location: Karrinyup, WA
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, patient-centered medical care to individuals and families
* Manage a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions
* Conduct preventative health assessments and screenings
* Maintain accurate, timely and comprehensive medical records
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, allied health (psychology, dietitian and physiotherapy) and pathology
* Participate in ongoing professional development and quality improvement activities

Requirements
* Vocational Registration (FRACGP, ACRRM or equivalent preferred)
* VR with 19AB restriction (After hours/Weekends)
* Current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner
* Excellent Communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
* Commitment to providing holistic, evidence-based care
