Clinical Nurse Position
Embedded in our Public Health Division, this Clinical Nurse role is a key opportunity to make a meaningful impact on improving health outcomes for Aboriginal people. The ARF/RhD Clinical Nurse will support us in increasing our workforce capacity to implement evidence-based strategies that are culturally responsive and sustainable.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and embed standardised processes for ARF/RHD management, including staff training, prevention activities, clinical care, and care coordination of people living with RhD. This role is an exciting chance to work within a team dedicated to closing the gap on Aboriginal health disadvantage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement standardised processes for ARF/RHD management
* Provide clinical care and coordinate services for people living with RhD
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver evidence-based programs
* Contribute to the development of staff training initiatives
