* Use fatigue-damage and frequency analysis tools to accelerate testing and increase test efficiency.
* Engage in Quality initiatives with Design engineers to drive a quality-mindset 'up-front' and utilize solid engineering principles to develop non-standard test setups to assist in robust Root Cause Analyses (RCA).
* Acquire and translate corporate requirements into precise job-requests for trades-staff.
* Liaise with global counterparts, core engineers and SMEs to align on methodologies and latest test technologies.
* Author Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for tests.
* Lead weekly \"Tech-Club\" meetings to share knowledge. Mentor other engineers and scout for training opportunities to elevate the team's technical capability.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Automotive equivalent.

* Technical & Communication Skills: Demonstrated strong technical acumen combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong grasp of the physics of failure mechanics desirable. Proficiency in Catia desirable to design test rigs and drawings.
* Ability to work across blue & white collar workforces with a good understanding of the different industrial considerations in working with a trade workforce.
* A proven history in creating a strong Health & Safety culture in the workplace.
