You will also manage key projects in addition to the more traditional executional tasks (order form management, code creation, booking meetings etc). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support Brand Manager: Assist with Gift with Purchase (GWP) & Promotions setup and communication Purchase Orders (POS) Budget: Maintain POS budget in consultation with the Brand Manager Develop Collateral: Lead development of in-store collateral and digital assets for promotional campaigns Retailer Liaison: Provide assets, briefing forms, and VM approvals to retailers Content Updates: Manage online retailer content updates for GWP & Promotions Team Calendar: Manage team calendar and logistics for meetings Marketing Calendar: Coordinate monthly marketing calendar updates Key Presentations: Support key presentations and strategy meetings Reporting: Prepare marketing/financial reports and compile competitor media reports SKU Management: Manage SKU deletions and communicate changes to the broader business ABOUT YOU KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Technical Skills Bachelor’s degree, majoring in business/marketing A sound understanding of brand management basics required Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in a related role (industry work experience also considered) Basic/Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Personality Profile A desire to learn and be challenged A growth mindset to improve and make a difference Enjoys planning and organizing A sense of fun, and collaboration to get the job done Highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented Ability to respond quickly and constructively; determined and tenacious when faced with adversity Adept at working in a fast paced, agile environment with high attention to detail Excellent communication skills Ready to make your mark in a dynamic, supportive and thriving workplace?
