**Job Description:**

We are seeking a warm and welcoming individual to join our team as a Front Office Receptionist. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring their stay with us is memorable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing guest check-ins and outs, accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts. You will also coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation, supply guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest, and complete day-to-day office administration tasks.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry.
* Passionate about delivering exceptional Guest experience.
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
* Current drivers license essential.
