Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) – International Growth, is a remote role. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and cultivating business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in new global markets. Daily responsibilities include analysing market trends, contacting leads, creating sales strategies, leading negotiations, and ensuring alignment of sales initiatives with organisational goals. This role also involves cross-functional collaboration with production and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Growth & Strategy
* Build and execute the international business development strategy
* Establish new regional markets, partnerships, and channels
* Identify high-value opportunities across all different income partnerships
Sales Execution
* Manage the full enterprise sales cycle:
* Lead generation
* Discovery & qualification
* Solution design
* Proposal & negotiation
* Contract close
* Develop strategic client relationships
* Drive consistent pipeline growth and revenue delivery
Commercial Operations
* Implement CRM workflows, forecasting, and reporting
* Build scalable sales processes and playbooks
* Provide commercial insight into: Market feedback, Pricing strategy and Packaging
What We're Looking For
* Proven success in B2B enterprise sales or business development
* Strong background in technology, digital solutions, property, architecture, SaaS, or creative services
* Experience building sales pipelines from zero
* Strong commercial and strategic mindset
* Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Highly autonomous, entrepreneurial, and results-driven
* Comfortable working across international markets and time zones
