We are seeking a talented individual to join our Victor Insurance team at Marsh as the Head of Sales and Distribution working in our Melbourne office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Head of Sales and Distribution
We will count on you to:
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to identify new
* business opportunities and develop effective sales and maintain strong relationships with key brokers, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate with underwriting, marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
What you need to have:
* 10+ years’ experience in the insurance industry with proven success in sales leadership roles, preferably within an insurer or MGA.
* Strong knowledge of insurance products, distribution channels, and market dynamics.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
* Established network of broking contacts within the industry.
