We are seeking a skilled Heavy Machinery Operator to join our team in Taree, NSW.
The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment to support our operation.

* Safely operate and maintain construction equipment such as excavators, Skid Steer
* Forestry Operation of Machinery
* HR Truck Driving
* Assist with site preparation, digging, loading, and unloading materials
* Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance
* Collaborate with the team supervisor to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard
* Adhere to all safety protocols
Key Responsibilities:
* Proven experience as a Machinery Operator or similar role in the construction industry
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Good communication and teamwork abilities
* Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities and site conditions
