We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of construction and landscaping projects from planning through to completion. Working closely with the Construction Manager, site teams, clients, and consultants, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. Project Management Manage construction and landscaping projects from planning through to completion, ensuring outcomes align with time, cost, quality, and safety requirements. Work closely with senior management, site teams, clients, and consultants to support strategic planning, growth initiatives, and tendering activities. Participate in HSEQ leadership processes and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the wider community, representing the business professionally at all times. Proactively identify risks, manage incidents, and respond to site or after-hours emergencies when required. Skills Strong ability to prioritise, self-manage, and work effectively with minimal supervision. Confident, adaptable team player with a positive and professional attitude. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information. High level of accountability across end-to-end project delivery, with a strong focus on quality, discretion, and ethical conduct. Demonstrated initiative with the capability to grow and manage a project portfolio. Qualifications Qualification in Landscape Trade, Civil Construction, or a related field, with proven experience in commercial landscaping or civil construction project management.
