Southcamp is on the lookout for passionate and skilled Baristas to bring exceptional coffee and warm hospitality to our café. Located in the heart of Dunsborough, our vibrant venue boasts a brewery, beer garden, café, bar, apartments and cosy cabins, catering to both locals and tourists year-round.
As our Barista, you'll be the face of our café – crafting delicious coffee, delivering friendly service, and helping create a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere that keeps people coming back. We're after someone who brings energy, consistency, and a genuine love for great coffee to every shift.
What You'll Do:
* Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency and care,
* Provide friendly, attentive service in a busy, fast-paced café environment,
* Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked coffee station,
* Work collaboratively with our café and kitchen team to ensure smooth service,
* Uphold excellent hygiene and food safety standards at all times,
* Contribute to a fun, positive and professional team culture.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Barista in a café or hospitality venue,
* Confidence working with barista machines and an understanding of coffee preparation,
* A friendly, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills,
* Great attention to detail, presentation and consistency,
* Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays,
* Based in Dunsborough or the surrounding area, or planning to relocate (accommodation not provided),
* Must have the right to work in Australia.
