Role and Responsibilities The Bell Desk Attendant will provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities: * Welcome and bid farewell to all guests as they arrive and depart the hotel. * Note guest arrival and departure details, arranging luggage assistance, storage, and transportation as needed. * Safely navigate the onsite car park to valet park guest vehicles. * Respond to guest enquiries and requests, assisting the Front Desk and Concierge teams when necessary. * Maintain efficient movement of luggage, amenities, and other items between rooms using carts or other equipment provided by the hotel management team. The Team Member is expected handle every situation with empathy, making sure that each interaction leaves lasting positive impression on our valued clients. About You: 1. A full Australian driver’s license with proficiency in both manual automatic vehicle operation (an International driver's license may be considered).Excellent time management skills.
