Job Overview
This role oversees the distribution business, driving strategic plans and building a high-performing team. The successful candidate will develop and maintain strong partnerships with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to meet future market needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and establish key relationships with OEM partners for all strategic and operational aspects.
* Develop and align market strategy with OEM objectives to achieve performance requirements.
* Negotiate and agree on product portfolios for all OEM partners.
* Lead the OEM distribution businesses to maximize commercial opportunities from existing partners.
Leadership Qualities
* Demonstrated leadership experience of 10+ years, showcasing significant contributions to strategy linked to business success.
* A proven track record of developing collaborative OEM relationships and delivering commercial performance.
* Experience in leading large-scale change initiatives in complex organisations.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or a related field.
* Masters degree in Business Administration.
