We are seeking an energetic, skilled and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our close-knit team at our Imagine Childcare and Kindergarten Nerang centre

This is a permanent role, 3 days a week. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
Your New Role:
* Lead a classroom with enthusiasm, engaging children, families, and educators to create an enriching educational program.
* Manage your classroom effectively, providing flexible routines and creative learning experiences.
* Be a mentor, fostering collaboration, reflection, and respect within your team.
* Implement a comprehensive Transition to School Program.
* Tailor educational programs to meet the unique needs of each child.
* Demonstrate a profound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Transition Statements.
* Ensure compliance with Government regulations and centre policies to maintain our high-quality standards.
* Establish strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
* Contribute to documentation and engage in a cycle of reflective practice.
About You:
* Working Towards or hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA.
* Experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher.
* Hold a current Blue Card.
* Hold an approved First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma qualifications (desirable).
* A solid grasp of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF) principles.
