Job Title: Key Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Project Coordinator to join our infrastructure services company on a 5-year contract.
* Providing administrative support for operational personnel with regards to training of relevant procurement systems, such as SAP and Ariba.
* Assisting with reviewing and updating purchase orders, open requisitions, and accounts payable workflow to ensure seamless project execution.
* Maintaining reports on works completion and progress, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
* Organising and booking travel, accommodation, and transport arrangements.
About You:
* Proven experience in a Project Administration environment within the Procurement Industry is essential.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel, and other productivity tools.
* Excellent time management, planning, resourcing, and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
