Job Summary
Primary Location: Hope Valley, South Australia.
We are seeking a Wastewater Jetting Truck/Ute Operator to join Service Stream. The role focuses on reactive service and maintenance of SA Water's wastewater networks using high‐pressure jetting equipment. The position is permanent, full time and reports to the Wastewater Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake reactive and emergency maintenance tasks, ensuring appropriate use of works management systems.
* Carry out planned/preventative maintenance and minor works with the same focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental legislation and Service Stream policies.
* Participate in site OH&S activities and initiatives, actively promoting safety and environmental safeguards.
About You / Qualifications
* Hold a current MR driver's licence (or better), relevant tickets and a white card.
* Skilled in use of hand power tools and small machinery.
* Enjoy working outdoors, in all weather conditions.
* Can work autonomously while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
* Experience in civil maintenance and jetting is desired.
Work Schedule
Day shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm with a rotating afternoon shift (1 in every 5 weeks, including on‐call and weekend).
Option for permanent afternoon shift starting at 4:00pm, with associated penalties.
