About the role
Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to provide high level professional and operational leadership, strategic direction and advocacy in the management and delivery of Foodservices and Nutrition and Dietetic clinical services at the Royal Brisbane & Women's Hospital within the Metro North Hospital and Health Service.
About you
- Provide professional and strategic management of Foodservices across multiple streams and services within RBWH and MNHHS.
- Manage the operational delivery of services for Foodservices at RBWH, including providing strategic direction in line with State-wide, MNHHS and RBWH priorities.
- Deliver food service and clinical consultancy services with mínimal direct supervision to health practitioners, foodservice staff, foodservice coordinators and key stakeholders in order to deliver high quality and effective health services.
- Oversee compliance with legislative and other regulatory requirements including food safety, risk management, workplace health and safety and National Safety and Quality health Service (NSQHS) Standards.
- Provide leadership and direction for workforce planning and capability strategies for Dietetic and Foodservices staff within RBWH and MNHHS.
