The Role:
As an Aged & Disabled Carer, you will provide essential support and care to elderly and disabled individuals, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care plans and assist with daily living activities.
* Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Support clients with mobility and physical activities.
* Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health conditions.
