Hunter St. Hospitality is looking for a bartender to join The Collective in The Rocks, Sydney. The role involves delivering exceptional guest experiences at fine‐dining and high‐energy venues while maintaining high presentation standards.

The position requires working as part of an energetic team, providing excellent customer service, and upholding the venue's standards of presentation and service.
Qualifications
* A minimum of 2 years' bartending experience in a fine‐dining a la carte restaurant
* Articulated knowledge of the sequence of service
* A passion for customer service
* High presentation and grooming standards
* The ability to work as part of an energetic team
* A current NSW RSA certificate
