About the role
: Security Officers are responsible for providing security services on the JHH campus which includes a co-located child and adolescent mental health unit
1. Security Officers are required to respond to requests for assistance from staff, patients, and visitors on the hospital campus including duress and code black responses and provision of security presence in the Emergency Department
2. Support will be provided during the orientation period by Senior Security Officers on each shift and other team members
3. Mandatory PMVA training will be rostered
Requirements:
4. Current NSW Security Licence 1A including Senior First Aid Certificate with a Certificate II in Security Operations
5. Current Drivers licence Class C (NSW eligibility)
6. Ability to work a 24/7 roster
