Reporting To The State Sales Manager, You Will
* Actively market the company's products and services within your defined territory to achieve budget and KPI targets
* Develop and execute sales and territory plans, identifying and capitalising on commercial opportunities
* Build trusted relationships with clinicians, procurement, and key hospital stakeholders
* Deliver technical expertise and support in the operating theatre, ensuring customers are confident and competent in product use
* Manage product demonstrations, training sessions, and clinical evaluations
What You Bring
* Tertiary qualification in nursing, science, business, or a related discipline
* Proven experience in medical device sales, with previous capital equipment sales experience essential
* Proven success managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholder relationships
* Strong commercial acumen and a methodical, strategic approach to territory management
* Technical aptitude and confidence in clinical discussions
* A self-starter mindset, with high accountability and drive to deliver results
