We are looking for an experienced Health & Wellbeing Coordinator (Senior Program) to join the Seniors Plus by SleepHive Family.


About Seniors Plus by SleepHive

Seniors Plus is a customer‑focused health and sleep business serving Australia's senior community. Through our Seniors Plus Health & Wellbeing initiative we are transforming our Molendinar showroom into a community hub for healthy ageing, mobility, independence and wellbeing – not just a retail space.


Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, organised and proactive Health & Wellbeing Coordinator with a background in nursing, aged care, community health or allied health. The role is responsible for the end‑to‑end coordination and delivery of our weekly Health & Wellbeing Workshops.


Key Responsibilities

1. Workshop Program Management
o Plan, schedule and manage a weekly workshop programme at the Molendinar showroom.
o Develop a rolling 3‑month workshop calendar.
o Ensure workshops cover priority topics such as sleep & pain management, mobility, balance & fall prevention, gentle exercise, nutrition for seniors, brain health & memory, emotional wellbeing & stress, technology for seniors, and independent living & home safety.
2. Facilitator & Partner Coordination
o Recruit, onboard and manage physiotherapists, nurses, trainers, nutritionists and wellness practitioners.
o Coordinate speaker schedules, session content and compliance documentation.
o Build long‑term partnerships with trusted local health professionals.
3. Workshop Delivery
o Facilitate selected workshops personally where appropriate.
o Support guest facilitators during sessions.
o Ensure sessions are safe, engaging, inclusive and practical.
4. Participant & Community Engagement
o Manage participant registrations and attendance.
o Engage attendees before, during and after sessions.
o Build a welcoming, supportive community environment.
o Encourage repeat attendance, referrals and family participation.
5. Operations & Administration
o Oversee registration systems, attendance tracking, feedback collection and consent forms & risk documentation.
o Manage small attendance fee process (if applicable).
o Track workshop performance and participation trends.
6. Continuous Improvement & Strategy Support
o Review workshop performance and feedback.
o Recommend new topics, program enhancements and online or hybrid workshop models.
o Contribute to the broader Seniors Plus Health & Wellbeing strategy.


About You – Key Requirements

* Essential
o Background in nursing, aged care, community health or allied health.
o Experience working with seniors or community health programmes.
o Strong organisational and coordination skills.
o Confident communicator and comfortable facilitating group sessions.
o Genuine passion for healthy ageing and community wellbeing.
o High level of empathy, professionalism and reliability.
* Highly Desirable
o Workshop or group programme facilitation experience.
o Partnership management experience.
o Event or programme coordination background.
o Basic understanding of mobility, fall prevention, chronic condition management.
o First Aid / CPR certification.
