Vantage are committed to recruiting a New Home Sales Consultant who shares that same passion for people, service and creating an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry to handover.
The Role
Based at the Aura Display Village, you'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, guide them through their options and help them create their dream home.
You won't just be "selling a house" – you'll be supporting clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives, making the process as clear, enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Consistently deliver exceptional customer service– from first enquiry to after-sales follow up
* Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, listening carefully to their needs and tailoring solutions to suit them
* Read and interpret building plans to assist clients in understanding their future home
* Guide clients step-by-step through the entire sales process, ensuring they feel supported and informed
* Follow up leads promptly and professionally, turning enquiries into long-term relationships
* Source, create and nurture new sales opportunities (including referrals and repeat business)
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers and other external stakeholders
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all estate covenant and design guideline requirements
* Ensure the Display Home is presented to the highest standard and reflects our brand and customer experience
* Work collaboratively with our internal teams (drafting, administration, construction) to ensure a seamless customer journey
Skills & Experience
* Proven sales experience, preferably in new homes or construction
* A genuine passion for customer service
* Exceptional communication skills – you can listen, explain, and build trust with a wide range of clients
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Professional presentation and confidence dealing with clients face‑to‑face
* Demonstrated work ethic, resilience, and a commitment to achieving results with integrity
* A positive attitude towards ongoing professional development
* Willingness to work weekends (essential in this role)
