We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team and have the opportunity to work under experienced Chefs.ResponsibilitiesProven experience as a Sous Chef in a similar role within a high-quality restaurant.Assisting the Head Chef in planning menus and ordering food supplies.Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures.Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations.Leading, training, and mentoring junior staff.Delivering consistency in product quality and presentation.Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.Manage own section and assist other sections as needed.What you will bringA willingness to learn and a keen interest in food.Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.Strong organisational and time-management skills.Available to work both weekdays and weekends.Ability to work effectively and calmly in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrating appropriate level cooking techniques and procedures.This is an incredible opportunity to broaden your experience and work with one of the leading hotel, restaurant and bar companies.
