**The Role**
The purpose of the role is to provide support and administrative assistance to the Seafood & Meat Team. The core daily functions include maintaining and updating product pricing and providing sales and pricing data information and reporting. You will be assisting with submission, coding, support, and records maintenance for tenders.
General administration, team meetings and reporting also make up this role.
**Key Responsibilities**
- National account data support;
- Updating pricing;
- Contract reviews;
- Costing models and typing of contract letters;
- Product and Customer Group analysis;
- The Use of Category & In store analysis to identify opportunities to achieve sales and distribution targets;
- Assist with new product development & execution;
- Contact Suppliers to ensure promotional submissions are received;
- Coordinate the sending of confirmations to Suppliers;
- Ensure specific reporting is provided to the income collection department;
- Source promotional artwork from Suppliers;
- Supplier based reporting and data review;
- Coding of customer tenders;
- Contact suppliers for tender support;
- Assist with the preparation of tenders;
- Maintain records of tender submissions;
- National promotional program data loading and reporting;
- National networking of specific items.
