About the Role
Offer: Associate Learning Designer – Office of Education, Strategy and Quality at CQUniversity (Rockhampton, Townsville or Sydney).
Education Level: Higher Education Worker Level 5.
Employment: Fixed‐Term (until 16.10.2026), Full‐Time.
Remuneration: Total $95,618 – $107,560 pa (including salary of $80,799 – $90,890 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading).

Responsibilities
* Partner with Educators to design high‐quality digital resources, tools and activities aligned with best practice.
* Deliver training to empower staff to confidently teach and engage in online environments.
* Work with subject matter experts to identify and integrate effective learning resources for online delivery.
* Apply CQUniversity templates, processes and protocols within the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure smooth course delivery.
* Contribute to course and unit development by supporting academics with digital technologies that enhance learning outcomes.
* Assist with online development projects, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience in education and training, with a degree or diploma (or equivalent experience).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and facilitate outcomes with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams, contributing to technology‐enabled learning and teaching projects.
* Ability to respond appropriately to a wide range of clients and client needs while maintaining a high standard of quality customer service.
* Demonstrated success in the development of learning designs/curriculum across higher education and/or vocational education and training (desirable).
