Tutt Bryant Group Limited is a multi-divisional organisation operating in Equipment Distribution, General Equipment and Crane Hire.
The General Hire Division requires an experienced and proven Accounts Payable Officer to join a highly motivated and experienced finance team.
Good communication, organisation and interpersonal skills are crucial to this position. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate an ability to interact with suppliers and staff at all levels within the Company, draw on their developed problem-solving skills and seek continuous improvement in systems and processes.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
* Process creditor invoices, with a focus on equipment registrations
* Reconciling creditor's invoices against monthly statements
* PPSR Management
* Weekly/monthly payment runs
* Contribution to improvements in policy, procedures and processes
* Professional handling of creditor account enquiries
* General accounts payable administrative tasks
* Other tasks as directed
The successful applicant will have extensive knowledge of accounts payable processes and a minimum of two years' experience in a high-volume environment together with the following attributes:
Qualifications / Attributes
* Reliable and punctual attendance
* Accuracy and proficiency in high volume data entry
* Experience using BasePlan would be highly advantageous
* The ability to work unsupervised
