We're looking for a compassionate and reliable team member to join our fast-growing local support service. This is a permanent part time role offering stability, ongoing training, and the chance to make a real difference in people's lives.

What you'll be doing:
* Providing in-home and community support to people with disability and older clients
* Assisting with daily living tasks (meals, personal care, household duties)
* Supporting clients to stay active and engaged in the community
* Maintaining clear, accurate notes and records after each shift
* Working with families and coordinators to deliver safe, person-centred care

What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in disability, aged care or support work (preferred but not essential)
* A genuine passion for supporting people to live independently
* Strong communication skills, reliability, and a professional attitude
* Ability to work both independently and in a small team
* Must have (or be willing to obtain):
* Current National Police Check
* Current First Aid & CPR certificate
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current Working With Children Check
* Valid Driver's Licence
* A reliable, fully insured car
