Facility Manager Position Available
The Facility Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of nursing and other clinical services at the facility level, ensuring safe compassionate care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care in collaboration with individuals and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

The ideal candidate will have current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA and experience commensurate with Appendix 1 (Core knowledge and skills of Nurse Manager Grade 3) of the Public Health System Nurses' and Midwives' Award.
Key Responsibilities
Nursing Service Delivery
Ensure high-quality person-centred care is delivered to all residents, prioritizing individual needs and preferences.
Team Leadership
Mentor and support nurses and non-clinical staff to develop their skills and contribute to a positive work environment.
Operational Management
Coordinate logistics, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient delivery of care services.
Clinical Governance
Oversee quality assurance processes to maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Communication and Collaboration
Develop strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare providers, and community organizations to facilitate care coordination and access to resources.
Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
* Current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA;
* Experience aligned with the core competencies outlined in Appendix 1 (Nurse Manager Grade 3).
