**Role requirements**:
- A solid understanding of procurement and supply chain best practice, commercial law and and methodologies for the procurement of goods and services
- Familiar with a variety of supply chain concepts, practices and procedures
- Facilitate, lead and engage with internal customers to deliver sound contractor management outcomes consistent with our values and processes
- Monitor and audit progress claims and costs in accordance with terms and conditions
- Prepare reports and ensure processes and databases are updated in a timely manner
- Identify and track costs, extensions and variations, and manage commercial risk mitigation and other issues that impact the commercial framework
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in commercial/engineering discipline or equivalent;
- Demonstrated experience in a similar commercial role with commercial analysis and supplier relationship management;
- Proven understanding and use of Category Management methodologies and Strategic Sourcing skills in an industrial environment;
- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
