We’re launching our Support at Home business aligned to the aged care reform and need a hands-on Senior BA to help design and implement our end-to-end B2C technology and processes. This is a critical delivery role, and we need someone who can start immediately and hit the ground running.
What you’ll do
- Lead workshops, gather/shape requirements, and write clear user stories/acceptance criteria
- Design end-to-end flows from customer intake to service delivery, billing and payment
- Map integrations, data, and interfaces across multiple systems:
- Lead Management – TBC system
- Plan Management – The Lookout Way
- Billing Systems – SAP or Microsoft Business Central
- Payment Gateway – Tyro Health
- Business Central functionality
- Swirl Nursing
- Support UAT, cutover and go-live readiness with SOPs and operational artefacts
- Work closely with the solution architect, tech lead, product, service design, clinical governance and finance teams
What you bring
- Aged care experience (Support at Home/Home Care Packages or similar)
- Strong technical BA skills (systems/process/integration, modelling)
- Exposure to SAP/Business Central billing and Tyro Health payments
- Experience in home care platforms (e.g., Benetas, Australian Unity, Baptcare/Baptist Care)
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro
- A delivery mindset—able to learn new IP quickly and confidently navigate uncertainty
