Together, our network of practices — Rapid Response Dental, South Gippsland Dental, Phoenix Dental Implants, QS Denture Studio, and Visage Dento‑Facial Cosmetics — provide a diverse range of dental and facial health services that make a real difference in people's lives.
We're looking for someone who thrives on the go, enjoys building one-on-one relationships, and takes pride in leading a team toward great outcomes — both for patients and for the business.
Your Focus
* Deliver excellent chairside assistance and patient care in all aspects of dentistry within a supportive environment.
* Coordinate and schedule treatment plans efficiently — from same-day appointments to long-term care.
* Work closely with the triaging dentist to help prioritise patient needs and present clear care options.
* Lead by example, helping your team track KPIs, reach goals, and grow together.
* Contribute creative ideas for promoting our services and community presence — whether through marketing initiatives, social media engagement, or patient experience improvements.
* Bring energy, organisation, and compassion to everything you do.
What You Bring
* Formal qualifications in dental assisting (essential).
* Proven experience and confidence in clinical settings.
* A passion for teamwork, patient care, and community service.
* A proactive, "go-getter" attitude with a willingness to learn and lead.
* An interest in marketing, social media, or community engagement — or the ability to show evidence of experience in this area (a big plus).
