Job Opportunity: Sales Support Professional
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support professional to join our team. As a key member of the sales and administration team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business.
About the Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for managing data entry, generating sales reports, and assisting with accounts receivable and payables. You will work closely with the sales and administration teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage data entry and maintain accurate records
* Generate sales reports and analyze sales trends
* Assist with accounts receivable and payables, including invoicing and reconciliations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in office support, administration or data-entry-focused roles. You must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have strong organisational skills. Experience with MYOB or similar accounting software is an advantage.
