Manildra Group is an agribusiness involved in the production of wheat flour, bakery mixes, wheat starch, vital wheat gluten, glucose syrups, ethanol, animal nutrition, cane sugar and canola oil.
Role
We are currently seeking an Administration Officer to join our team based at our site in Bomaderry. This is a 12-month contract, working 4 days per week. This role will support our procurement function by managing day-to-day purchasing, working closely with suppliers, and keeping everything running smoothly in SAP.
- Raise and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders in SAP.
- Source quotes, compare suppliers, and assist with negotiations.
- Work with suppliers to ensure materials and services are delivered on time.
- Keep procurement records up to date in SAP and support reporting needs.
- Assist with supplier onboarding and contract admin.
- Work closely with production, supply chain, and finance to meet business needs.
- Look for ways to reduce costs and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office setting - purchasing or procurement role, but not essential if you\'re a quick learner.
- Experience using SAP or similar.
- Great communication skills and the ability to work well with different teams.
- Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or similar (not essential).
- Minimum of 1-2 years administration experience is required.
- Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents.
