About the Role
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join our Sydney-based Marketing team, focused on supporting our Higher Education portfolio. This is a permanent full-time position offering the opportunity to collaborate across digital, social, and traditional marketing channels.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of engaging content—particularly video and social media—and facilitating cross-functional collaboration between marketing, academic, and sales teams, as well as with agencies and vendors.
Responsibilities
* Ideate, create, and distribute video content across paid and organic channels
* Manage social media channels: content planning, scheduling, moderation, and community engagement
* Write compelling marketing copy for brochures, email campaigns, course guides, web content, and press releases
* Develop content briefs for creative and digital stakeholders (e.g., designers, developers, videographers)
* Support strategic projects aimed at increasing brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely project delivery
The Ideal Candidate Will Be…
* Energetic, collaborative, and passionate about storytelling through digital content
* Experienced with content creation—particularly video production (from concept to editing)
* Familiar with modern social platforms like TikTok, Reddit, Instagram, and LinkedIn
* Skilled in writing for different audiences across various formats
* Highly organised and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative
* Tech-savvy, ideally with experience using Adobe Creative Suite and marketing platforms such as Marketo (not essential)
