We deliver commercial carpentry packages across the Sunshine Coast and SEQ and are expanding into ceilings, partitions and fitout packages.
We are looking for someone who enjoys both tendering work and being involved in how projects are delivered.

Support from an offshore estimating and admin team
Strong pipeline of commercial work
Your Role
Review drawings, specifications and scopes of work
Assist with pricing commercial carpentry, ceilings and partitions, fitout packages and more
Review BOQs prepared by the estimating team
Identify scope gaps and pricing risks
Coordinate supplier pricing and subcontractor quotes
Prepare tender submissions
Assist with ordering materials and organising subcontractors
Monitor how projects are tracking against budgets
Help build subcontractor relationships and assist with business growth
What We Are Looking For
Experience within commercial construction estimating or project coordination
Strong understanding of commercial construction drawings and specifications
Must have experience in at least one of the following packages
Carpentry packages
Ceilings and partitions
Commercial fitout packages
Ability to identify scope gaps and pricing risks
Confident communicator when dealing with builders, suppliers and subcontractors
Organised and commercially minded with strong attention to detail
