Join our vibrant **Indies** team as an **Account Executive**
You'll drive sales growth across SA, WA & NT, develop exciting promotional programs, and manage key accounts like Metcash WA & NT.
Reporting to the State Account Manager Independents, you'll play a crucial role in achieving PepsiCo & customer's ambitious targets. In this role, you'll build strong internal and customer relationships, prioritise tasks, take initiative, and collaborate strategically to meet customer needs and drive growth.
- Given the nature of customer locations, interstate travel is a requirement of this role._

**Responsibilities**:
- **Account Management**: Drive success in the Independents channel by hitting AOP targets, collaborating on growth plans, and building strong customer relationships to execute Joint Business Plans.
- ** Promotional Program Management**: Lead and support promotional activities, optimize programs with key stakeholders, and analyse promotions to boost savings and revenue.
- ** Forecasting and Trade Spend**: Ensure spot-on trade spend forecasting, process claims swiftly, and manage spend within targets, all while supporting the forecast process with your team.
- ** Field Communications**: Communicate key priorities for field execution, handle ad-hoc queries, and participate in engagement meetings to keep strategies aligned and on track.
- ** Analysis and Planning**: Dive into account performance to uncover improvement opportunities, collaborate on category reviews, and drive innovation in range, distribution, and execution.
Qualifications:
- **Educational Background**: Degree or equivalent qualification with 2+ years of sales experience in FMCG or a similar industry, ready to bring your expertise to the table.
- ** Sales Success**: Proven track record of smashing sales targets and forging strong customer relationships.
- ** Analytical Expertise**: Advanced Excel skills, skilled at turning data into actionable insights, and familiar with Circana scan data.
- ** Collaborative Skills**: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and teamwork abilities, always focused on achieving results.
- ** Industry Knowledge**: Deep understanding of category trends and sales operations, with the knack for translating insights into effective customer plans.
