About the Role\

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and leading the development of creative media plans that drive engagement and conversion.\
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of customer marketing funnels and traditional marketing ecosystems, and a tenacious approach to working through complex product and process challenges. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, unstructured environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.\
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $145,000 - $203,000 AUD, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities\

Required Qualifications\
• 4+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management\

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, unstructured environment\
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines\
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience\
• Proficiency in Excel preferred\
