Design Manager

Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled Design Manager to join our team. As a key member of our group, you will be responsible for leading the design of projects that support our Natural Asset Program.

* The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant science or engineering discipline and significant demonstrated experience within the water industry on projects of a similar scope and value.
* They will also have experience in planning and delivery of catchment management or natural resource management projects, as well as experience in a design management role managing multiple projects up to $5+ Million per project.

This position offers a competitive salary starting at $132,746 - $145,422 plus 12.75% superannuation dependant on experience.

Appointment to this role is subject to the provision of a national police check and may be subject to other medical/character requirements.


About You

* We are looking for someone with strong technical skills and experience in erosion and sediment control, land condition improvement, re vegetation and offset initiatives, and recreational area upgrades including wastewater systems.
* A dynamic and varied role that spans environmental engineering, catchment management, and offers a balance of office-based and fieldwork.
