Job Title: Food and Beverage Operations Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the management of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an exceptional Guest and Member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee operations of all Food and Beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, in-room dining, mini bar operations and catering services as needed
* Maintain exceptional levels of customer service and satisfaction
* Recruit, manage, train and develop a high-performing team
* Assist with annual and mid-year appraisals with team members under your responsibility
* Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
* Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives
* Develop menus with other members of the Food and Beverage team
* Accountable for monthly stock takes and inventory control
* Incentivise team members to maximise sales and revenue
* Deputise for the Food and Beverage manager in their absence
* Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
* Maintain good working relationships with other departments
Requirements:
* Previous Food and Beverage management or supervisory experience
* Knowledge of financial systems and procedures
* Flexibility to respond to a range of work situations
* Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
* Positive attitude and strong communication skills
* Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
* Excellent grooming standards and personal presentation
Desirable Capabilities:
* Willingness to develop team members and self
* Degree in a relevant field such as hospitality, business or a related discipline
