What you will be doing and delivering
We have a new opportunity for a Picking Leading Hand to join our Katunga team. This role supports the Picking Supervisor to manage team members. As a Picking Leading Hand, you will:
* Train and induct new team members
* Drive the Picking Tow Trolley
* Undertake Picking to ensure target times can be achieved
* Conduct quality checks of the Picking Team
* Support the Supervisor in additional duties
