We are looking for a Team Leader who is driven to challenge themselves to form and guide a high performing team to deliver across critical change projects to the Australian payment systems.
This opportunity will enable you to get some of the best learning experiences on unique systems that are not available elsewhere.
About the role
- We require someone who is focussed on security, stability and quality of the systems they deliver and to form a high performing team with the same focus
- Responsibility for hiring and team management of the project team for the life of the project
- Responsible for the governance and quality of the team's practises and code delivery
- A focus on continual improvement and lifting maturity of the broader team through innovation and change
About you
- Proven experience on delivering major development projects, problem resolution and leading project based technical teams
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, both business and technical facing
- A foundation in Java Development and/or Infrastructure concepts and design would be welcomed
