Our client is a renowned, market-leading skincare and beauty brand, seeking a Trade Marketing Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.
Overview
THE ROLE:
This is an exciting and pivotal role within the Marketing team, with key responsibilities including:
* Driving growth across the salon and department store network through a strong passion for marketing, skincare, and performance-led campaigns.
* Supporting the expansion of the brand's premium salon and department store franchise network by developing tailored marketing plans and overseeing their execution with key partners.
* Creating and delivering new franchise marketing strategies to position the brand as a leading and iconic premium name in the salon space, helping to attract new franchise partners and strengthen the existing network.
* Leading cross-functional projects between Marketing and Sales, ensuring campaign activity is well-managed and delivered on time.
* Developing campaign plans, presenting creative ideas, and reporting on results and outcomes.
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
* A minimum of 5 years' mid-level marketing experience, supported by a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or Communications.
* Previous B2B marketing experience, with a solid understanding of B2B audiences and effective marketing approaches.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in presenting to and influencing multiple partners.
* The ability to analyse data and develop clear recommendations to inform decision-making.
* Knowledge of B2B content channels, CRM best practice, and mid-funnel engagement strategies.
* Experience in UX and CX, with the confidence to make decisions that enhance website performance.
* Previous experience within a franchise business and/or the beauty or hair sector (desirable).
* The ability to brief and manage agency partners effectively (desirable).
