Your Opportunity You will join an established Australian business working under the guidance of a highly experience and approachable CFO. They are committed to providing you with full training to ensure your continued success and growth. You'll work alongside two other Finance Clerks, sharing responsibilities across Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. Your primary focus will be on Payroll, but you'll have plenty of opportunities to build broader transactional finance skills and take part in ongoing process improvement projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong payroll experience who enjoys variety, team support, and the chance to grow within a business that's actively investing in its Finance function. This is a full-time role with the flexibility to work 1 day from home after 3 months. Key Responsibilities: You will take on several responsibilities which will include: Payroll Process fortnightly payroll for 350 employees using Employment Hero. Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and Modern Awards. Resolve payroll queries and assist with reconciliations and reporting. Accounts Payable Process supplier invoices and manage credit card transactions. Support reconciliations, inbox management, and BAS/IAS preparation. Accounts Receivable Perform bank reconciliations and monitor incoming payments. Share daily deposit updates with stores and assist with queries. About You: To thrive in this role, you'll need to bring: Proven end-to-end payroll experience in a multi-site or multi-award environment. Experience working across both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. Experience using Employment Hero, D365 or Pronto (highly regarded). A proactive, detail-oriented approach with excellent communication skills. Comfort working in a changing environment with a focus on finance process improvement.
