Civil Engineer – Land Development
About the Role Our client is a respected design consultancy seeking a Civil Engineer with 2–3 years’ post‑graduate experience in Australia to join their land development team. You’ll work on a range of subdivision and infrastructure projects, contributing to design, documentation and project coordination.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing civil works for land development projects: roads, earthworks, drainage, sewer & water
* Preparing technical drawings, documentation and reports
* Supporting feasibility assessments and project planning
* Coordinating with internal teams, authorities and external stakeholders
* Assisting senior engineers with design reviews and compliance requirements
What We’re Looking For
* Degree-qualified Civil Engineer
* 2–3 years civil design experience in Australia (essential)
* Background in land development or subdivision design (advantageous)
* Familiarity with Civil 3D and 12D
* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
* Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
