As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Officer / Delivery Driver to join our Adelaide depot in Royal Park.
This is a hands-on operational role that plays a critical part in supporting our field technicians and ensuring the efficient flow of stock, equipment and client assets throughout the region.
About the Role
Reporting to the South Australian Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, accurate and timely management of warehouse operations and delivery services.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Receiving and goods receipting inbound stock and consumables, ensuring quantity and quality accuracy
* Safe unloading of deliveries and correct storage, labelling and preservation of client assets
* Picking, packing and dispatching field equipment and consumables to technicians
* Managing inventory movements and maintaining accurate stock records within our inventory systems
* Coordinating time-critical deliveries to field technicians across the Adelaide region
* Supporting stocktakes and maintaining stock integrity and traceability
* Maintaining warehouse cleanliness, organisation and presentation to professional standards
* Operating forklifts and delivery vehicles safely and in accordance with legislative requirements
* Completing daily forklift pre-start inspections and safety reporting
* Assisting with fleet upkeep and equipment maintenance coordination
* Managing waste streams, including regulated waste disposal (including asbestos waste in accordance with compliance requirements)
* Ensuring all warehouse activities align with TMS safety, quality and environmental standards
This is a role suited to someone who understands that warehouse logistics is not just about moving boxes - it is about supporting field operations, maintaining compliance, and protecting client assets.
About You
We are seeking a reliable, organised and safety-focused individual who thrives in a structured and fast-paced service delivery environment.
You will bring:
Essential:
* Current unrestricted manual driver’s licence
* Current High Risk Work Licence (LF - Forklift)
* Minimum 1 years warehousing or logistics experience
* Strong numerical accuracy and inventory control skills
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
* Knowledge of the Adelaide metropolitan area and surrounding regions
Highly Regarded:
* Experience in utilities, metering, electrical or field service environments
* Experience working with inventory management systems
* Exposure to regulated waste handling requirements
