35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with the option of flexitime.

Located at Nowra Administration Building, Bridge Road, Nowra.

Permanent / Full Time

Salary: $64,207 - $72,166 gross p.a. plus 12% Super.

About The Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail‐oriented Administrative Assistant to provide high‐quality administrative support to the Community Infrastructure Planning Manager and the wider Community Infrastructure Planning team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide general administrative support to assist in the delivery of day‐to‐day services, including preparing and distributing correspondence, agendas, minutes, and monitoring action items.
* Support financial processes by raising purchase orders, processing invoices, receipting, and assisting with credit card reconciliations.
* Maintain and update databases and records related to team business, community requests, action items, and project information.
* Provide administrative support to the Community Infrastructure Planning Manager, including calendar management, travel and accommodation bookings, and monitoring reporting deadlines.
* Assist with project and engagement activities, including preliminary research tasks, liaising with meeting participants, facility bookings, and follow‐up actions.
* Project administration support.

About You

To be successful in the position, you will have:

* Certificate III in Office Administration (or equivalent) AND at least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
* OR
* At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
* PLUS
* Class C Driver's Licence.
* Proof of right to work in Australia.

Our ideal candidate will be detail‐oriented and able to prioritise tasks effectively, while consistently upholding Council's customer service standards when working with both internal stakeholders and external customers. They will demonstrate an ability to manage competing timeframes and deliver administrative tasks meticulously, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
