Job Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Service Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, commissioning and calibrating XRF, XRD and SPE instruments, as well as performing preventative maintenance work and responding to breakdown calls as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Installation, commissioning and calibration of XRF, XRD and SPE instruments.
* Preventative maintenance work on instruments.
* Responding to breakdown calls as required.
Requirements
* 5+ years of field service experience.
* Advanced Diploma or above in Electronics, with good electro-mechanical skills.
* West Australian serviceman's radiation safety license would be an advantage.
* IT literate.
* Able to travel at short notice.
* Passionate about customer service.
* X-ray fluorescence, X-ray diffraction or neutron analysis experience would be an advantage.
Work Environment
This role involves extensive travel, at least 80% of your time both within Perth, remote mine sites and interstate, is the norm of this role. Occasional overseas travel may also be required.
