KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Complete project work as directed by the Senior Underground Geologist
* Supervise, mentor and support junior geology staff
* Ensure accurate collection and reporting of geological data
* Undertake grade control and resource definition sampling
* Monitor and report daily ore production data
* Assist with weekly and monthly development and production forecasts
* Complete end-of-month reconciliation and reporting
* Conduct accurate wall and backs mapping
* Perform other duties as directed by the Supervisor
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Degree in Geology or related discipline
* Minimum 3 years underground mining experience
* WA Manual Driver's License
* Ability to mentor junior geologists and supervise small teams
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office, Datashed, MPX, LogChief and Surpac
* Ability to work independently and build positive working relationships
